Specialist ' one off ' Cleaning
We provide “one off” cleaning such as strip and re-seals, window cleaning and de-taping, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, handover and builders cleans.
Examples of specialist cleans we have completed.
1. We were asked by Charter Interiors of Birmingham if we could de-contaminate the cells within the custody suite of Bristol Crown Court.
This was undertaken by a team of 6 operatives working over a Saturday and Sunday ( whilst there were no prisoners).
The operation involved Steam Cleaning graffiti, stale food, urine and excrement from ceilings, walls and floors as well sanding down and re-varnishing the cell benches.
As a result of the success of this operation we were asked to carry out similar operations at Bournemouth , Portsmouth , Southampton and Winchester Crown Courts.
2. We were tasked with carrying out a pre launch clean of a new store for Dream Beds in Cardiff.
This involved the cleaning of the internal fabric and furnishings including all the new display stands. We were also tasked with removing old Textile World signage approximately 20 feet above the entrance which required the use of scissor lifts. Additionally the client required the fascia cladding and front entrance paving pressure washing to an "As New" condition.
The complete exercise involved 8 staff over a weekend and took some 82 hours to complete.
3. Café Rouge, a well known bar and brasserie chain have used The Cleaning Co-op to carry out their pre launch cleaning on completion of re-fits.These cleans include front of house, kitchens, servery's and of course toilet areas.
Each clean usually takes around 32 man hours at an approximate cost of £600.00.
