From award of contract, our goal is to deliver a pre-determined service level, audit that service, provide justification for the clients expenditure and finally ensure "Total Customer Satisfaction."
Each contract is idividually tailored to meet the needs of the client. This starts with a detailed survey of their premises followed by a meeting to establish their requirements. Finally we seek to address any issues the client may have encountered with previous contractors.
We then establish the correct manning levels to ensure that the pre-agreed service level agreement can be consistently delivered resulting in " Total Customer Satisfaction ".
